These Terms of Use apply to the Superlaundry website, the Superlaundry app and customer portal, and the laundry services Superlaundry provides in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. By using them you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

Superlaundry provides laundry, dry cleaning and linen services to individuals and businesses. Business customers may also have a separate written contract (for example a yearly linen contract); where that contract differs from these terms, the contract applies.

2. Orders, pickup and delivery

Individuals book through the Superlaundry app or portal. Please make sure the items, address and times you choose are correct and that someone is available at pickup and delivery. Please check pockets and remove valuables before handing items over; we cannot be responsible for items left inside garments.

3. Prices and payment

Prices for individuals are shown in the app before you confirm an order. Individuals pay by card through the app or portal. Business customers are invoiced according to their agreement. Prices may change; the price shown when you confirm an order applies to that order.

4. Care of your items

We follow the care labels on your items and use professional methods. Some items can be affected by cleaning because of their age, condition, fabric or missing care labels; please tell us about any special requirements when you book.

5. Claims

If something is missing or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can investigate. Our item tagging and tracking helps us trace items through each stage.

6. Using the website and app

Please do not misuse the website or app, try to access other people's accounts, or interfere with how they work. Keep your account details safe.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
